We have been friends for over 20 years, and been behind the lens for over 15, shooting covers and fashion editorials for magazines and campaigns.
To be able to work side by side one another is one of the greatest gifts we could have ever imagined. It’s not just about how your photos look, but about how your day feels. The photos are about the story, the story isn’t about the photos. Our objective is pretty simple- to create endlessly beautiful memories from your special day.
OUR WORK
Every wedding is different, every couple and their story is unique. Our style can be described as cinematic, yet authentic and natural. We photograph weddings because we believe in love & beauty of family.
and a few things about us
1. In between us, we have 3 kids, 2 dogs, one turtle and 2 husbands.
2. We met during high school in a photography camp
3. Jana studied photography in Czech Republic and worked as art director in lifestyle magazines
4. Petra also studied photography and worked as freelance graphic designer
5. We are founders and owners of design studio called JOSEI, where we believe women should support each other not only in friendships, but also business-wise
6. Besides wedding photography, you can find us shooting covers and editorials for lifestyle magazines or working on visual identities for our clients
7. Petra almost always wears black, and Jana loves to wear patterns and colors
